- The establishment of working and friendly relations between the two Offices;
- The widening of the field of relations through fruitful exchanges and the improvement of the functioning of their structures;
- The opening up of ONACAM to the Offices that deal with the problems of managing ex-servicemen, retired military personnel and victims of war and the benefit of mutual exchanges of experience;
- A reflection on the strategies to be put in place in order to establish contracts with solidarity organisations in Africa and in the world, and to obtain from them substantial support and aid for their members.
The programme of the visit includes
- Restricted working sessions;
- Meetings with certain chapters;
- Visit to the repair site of the Yaoundé House of the Combatant;
- Excursions;
- Participation in the festivities of 20 May 2006.
