The year 2023 is coming to an end. Following your observations and suggestions, we embarked on a new designing journey to bring to you a more attractive and user-friendly version of our site. It was the result of deep and meticulous work with the main goal of building a better tool that would provide a more immersive view into the Cameroonian Combatant world. With improved Information and Communication Technologies, it was urgent to bring a special touch that would help you easily find the information you seek about ONACAM and the world of the Cameroonian Combatant.

We present to you a rejuvenated and innovative site, an information gold mine about ONACAM and the Cameroonian Combatant. Since February, you have been able to read and/or view articles related to the activities taking place within our institution. Throughout the year, we have provided the site with reports, documentaries and video productions produced by a dynamic film team. The goal is to give you a feel of our activities as if you experienced them in person. We are convinced that this new presentation will make our activities easily accessible to you. Furthermore, we are delighted with the increase in the number of our visitors and hope there will be more of you paying us a visit in the future.

We are glad that you shared these experiences with the members of ONACAM. Rest assured that the best is yet to come. We wish to contribute to the realization of your research work on combatant memory and the culture of the Army – Nation bond through this window into our world.

We thank you for your loyalty, your trust and the constant interest that you continue to show in everything that directly or indirectly affects Veterans. They are these men and women who sacrificed their youth for the advent of peace and the consolidation of the republican institutions. They gave their best for their country and risked their lives to defend ours. They deserve your recognition as well as that of the Nation.
